This program provides insight into family communication. Good communication skills matter a lot in a family context – they bring understanding and problem-solving, enable the expression of needs and meeting them, and nurture values. All of these are explored through different exercises and additional ideas to be practiced. The program pays significant attention to different communication segments: verbal, nonverbal, and visual, including age-related specifics. It also explores active listening and paying attention to each other through interaction and creation.
This program is designed as a full-day training for parents of preschool and early school-age children. It can be useful for teachers working with groups and classes of preschool and early school-age children too.
