Summary
This program provides deep insight in facial expression. It explores influence of adult’s facial expression to communication, emotions, and development of children at their early age, at the very time of being babies and toddlers. It also reflects on connection of facial expression with verbal and other segments, invites parents to deeply explore and ask questions. Facial expression deprivation is given special attention, especially having in mind pandemic and constant face-mask wearing. This program provides deep insight into facial expression. It explores the influence of adults’ facial expression on communication, emotion, and the development of children at an early age, particularly when they are babies and toddlers. It also reflects on the connection between facial expressions and verbal and other segments, and invites parents to deeply explore and ask questions. Facial expression deprivation is given special attention, especially considering the pandemic and constant facemask wearing.
The entire program is designed as a full day training for parents of babies and toddlers. If done in two segments, it can include babies and toddlers together with parents. The training is to be conducted only by mental health and early childhood professionals.
