Summary:

Participants will learn RAMP model for leading the virtual teams. They will learn how to encourage their team members to take responsibility, maintain good relations with members from their team in the virtual world. They will find out how to motivate their team members, how to organize successful meetings in order to secure high productivity and satisfaction.
