Summary

Self-confidence is defined as a feeling of trust in one’s abilities, qualities, and judgment. Self-confidence can also be defined as an awareness of self-worth. A person with healthy self-confidence can think independently, make decisions, and solve problems. Such a person believes in themselves and their abilities.

Healthy self-confidence is the belief in yourself that you can be loved and capable, so support yourself every day with these words:

I AM LOVED AND CAPABLE.

I do my thing and you do your thing.
I am not in this world to live up to your expectations,
And you are not in this world to live up to mine.
You are you, and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, it’s beautiful.
If not, it can’t be helped.
(Fritz Perls, 1969)
