This program provides an understanding of what self-confidence is and how it can be built. It creates opportunities for participants to try out different activities, whether they are successful or not, and be fine with either outcome. It explores challenges that play a role in the development of self-confidence and gives important remarks on upbringing and parenting styles. The program also gives opportunities to be aware and speak out loud about what each and every one of us is good at; but also, to be seen and perceived by others and to accept it. The entire program is designed and presented as a one-day training for professionals, teachers, and/or parents of children aged 4-6 years old.
