Adolescence is a developmental period in which the adolescent is between a child and an adult and as such carries with it various stressors and developmental tasks. Various bodily changes are accompanied by complex psychological processes. The main task is the consolidation of identity, and therefore the main question that adolescents ask is "who am I and where am I going". Adolescence is divided into 3 sub-phases characterized by unstable emotions, various cognitive changes such as moral reasoning, learning, decision-making, and the creating a sense of loyalty and acceptance through attachment to peer groups. Adolescents gradually separate from their parents, creating a sense of independence, engaging in love relationships, learning about sexuality, and have the task of choosing a profession and professional growth and development. Our programs are focused on the development and strengthening of personality, strengthening emotional, cognitive and social capacities, with the aim of easier coping with developmental tasks and adequate adaptation, and consequently a healthier personality with empowered capacities.
